My Husband and I decided to sell our home last November, and from the time that I mentioned listing our house, Christy was on the ball. She did a CMA report for us, and quickly let us know what our bottom line looked like. | Christy Stone was my realtor for the sell of my house in Camden, SC, last August. Christy came over numerous times and we discussed issues like selling price, what we needed to get repaired, and in general what improvement that should be made for a quick sell. Once we agreed on all of these terms, she listed my house. She ran advertisements and put the house on mls. In about a month we had an offer, then we counter offered and it was agreed upon. We nearly got asking price for the property in an undiscovered location in a small town. Everything was happening so fast at this point, but Christy never faltered, and kept my wife and myself calm. Once closing came, there was not one issue that came up that Christy was not prepared for and closing went through without a clitch. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism that she showed during this entire process. I would recommend her to anyone.
